Why You’ll Love This Coffee, Walnut & Cookie Fudge
- Coffee flavour fudge– Rich and creamy with a subtle coffee kick. This recipe is adaptable, you can add more or less coffee if you’d like.
- Perfect no-bake recipe– Quick and simple with no special equipment needed.
- Walnut crunch– Adds texture and balances the sweetness.
- Cookie chunks– A fun addition that makes this fudge irresistible.
- Great for gifting– Slice into squares, wrap, and share with friends and family at christmas.

Ingredients
- Milk chocolate– Gives the fudge a smooth, creamy base.
- White Chocolate- This is where I add the coffee flavour as I Love the contrast of the milk chocolate flavour with the coffee flavoured fudge.
- Sweetened condensed milk– Provides sweetness and helps set the fudge. I use Carnations for my fudge recipes!
- Coffee Essence or Instant coffee– For that delicious coffee flavour.
- Walnuts– For crunch and a nutty contrast.
- Cookies– I used Maryland cookies in this recipe but you could use digestive biscuits, Oreos, or your favourite cookie chopped into pieces.

Tips & Tricks
- Dissolve instant coffee in a teaspoon of hot water before mixing if you want a stronger flavour. (If you are using coffee essence such as Camp Coffee then you don’t need to do this).
- Low & slow melting– Melt chocolate in short bursts to avoid grainy fudge.
- Don’t overmix once chocolate and condensed milk are combined as it can cause splitting.
- Swap walnuts for pecans, almonds, or hazelnuts.
- Add a drizzle of melted white chocolate on top for decoration.
- For a festive version, add cranberries or Christmas sprinkles.
- Freeze in batches– Wrap well for up to 3 months for make-ahead fudge.
- Store in airtight containers at room temp for a soft bite or in the fridge for firmer fudge.
