Line a tin with parchment paper, I use a 8″ square tin!
Add your milk chocolate and condensed milk to a microwaveable bowl. Melt in short bursts, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth and glossy.
Stir through your mincemeat until fully combined. This adds flavour, texture, and that nostalgic Christmas aroma.
Pour into a lined tin and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours (overnight is even better).
Once chilled, slice into 16 squares. Decorate with melted white chocolate over the top to look like Christmas puddings. Finish with green and red sprinkles for a cute holly decoration.
