Ingredients

  • 600ml Double Cream
  • 397g Condensed Milk
  • 200g Hazelnut Spread
  • 100g Brownie Chunks
  • 200g Kinder Bueno/ Kinder Chocolate Bars
Layers
  • 200g Hazelnut Spread (Melted).
  • 100g Chopped Hazelnuts
  • 100g Brownie Chunks
  • 100g Kinder Chocolate

Equipment

  • Stand Mixer (I use an electric stand mixer with the whisk attachment).
  • Food scale/Kitchen scale
  • Utensils (Tbsp, Tsp and Spatula).
  • Loaf Tin (2.5lb loaf tin, You could use a container with a lid to make it easier to freeze. I use a loaf tin to take photos for the blog).
  • Microwaveable Bowl

Method

  1. In a large bowl, whip the double cream, condensed milk, and hazelnut spread and whisk until a thick mousse like texture is formed and it holds itself. This can take up to 3 minutes on a medium speed (in a stand mixer). Keep an eye on it as you don't want to over mix it as it will curdle.
  2. Fold in some brownie chunks and kinder chocolate (bars or Buenos or both!)
Layering
  1. Microwave hazelnut spread for 10–15 seconds to make it easier to swirl.
  2. Pour half the ice cream mixture into a loaf tin or freezer-safe container.
  3. Add spoonfuls of hazelnut spread and gently swirl with a skewer or knife.
  4. Add some brownie chunks, hazelnuts and kinder chocolate.
  5. Repeat with the remaining ice cream mixture, hazelnut spread, brownie chunks and kinder chocolate.
  6. Sprinkle the top with more brownie, kinder chocolate and hazelnuts.
  7. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight. Scoop and serve when ready, enjoy!
