Ingredients
- Double cream (heavy cream)– You want to use double cream for this recipe, avoid using single cream!
- Sweetened condensed milk– Adds sweetness and helps create that creamy base. I either use carnations or aldis (supermarket) own, both work very well!
- Hazelnut Spread- I like to add hazelnut spread into the mixture to give it more of a kinder flavour. If you don’t have access to this, you could just use the kinder chocolate chunks!
- Kinder chocolate bars– I use kinder chocolate bars in the ice-cream and I use kinder bueno bars on the top for decoration. The more kinder the better right!?
- Brownie chunks– Use shop brought brownies, leftover brownies, or bake a fresh batch!
- Decoration- Hazelnut swirl, Kinder chocolate, chopped brownies and chopped hazelnuts!
