Raspberry and Pistachio Yogurt Bark

Cool down this summer with this healthy frozen yogurt bark. Topped with pistachio spread, chopped pistachios and raspberries! It is perfect for snacks, desserts or even breakfast!

Ingredients
  

  • 500ml Full-Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 150g Mashed Raspberries
  • 50g-100g Pistachio Spread
  • 50g Chopped Pistachios
  • Extra Raspberries for the topping

Method
 

  1. Line a baking tray with baking paper/parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl mix together your yogurt and mashed raspberries until combined.
  3. Spread evenly onto a lined baking tray. (Don't spread it too thin).
  4. Drizzle with melted pistachio spread and swirl this through to create a feather pattern.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and decorate with more chopped raspberries!
  6. Freeze for 3 hours, break into pieces and enjoy!
